What is Reiki?                                               

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese term that means Universal life force energy. This energy is found in and around all living things. It is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. Reiki enhances the natural power of the body to heal itself in order to create a balance of health and well-being.

How is a Reiki treatment given?

As the client relaxes on a massage table, fully clothed, in a room with soft lighting and music. Reiki energy flows from the practitioner’s hands into the client via gentle touch.

What are the benefits of Reiki?

Yoga for Girl Scouts

Through a series of fun movements and games, this 1 hour yoga class promotes strength, flexibility, and increases coordination & balance. The poses will teach children how to stretch and strengthen every part of their body, while increasing body awareness, building self-esteem, and having a ton of fun!

$15 per Child (up to 11 children)
$13 per Child (over 11 children)
